He joined the Navy in 2000 and retired as A Chief Petty Officer in 2022 where he completed five deployments within the Pacific Command Area of responsibility and three combat deployments in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Jeremy has been awarded multiple Commendation Medals and Achievement medals for his service. He now works for the Ventura County Fire Department as the Risk and Safety Manager.
Jeremy Harman is a native of Lincoln Park, Michigan. He has a master’s degree in occupational safety and health, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is Board certified as a Graduate Safety professional and Construction Health and Safety Technician.
Jeremy is currently involved throughout the community as a Merit badge councilor with the Boy Scouts.
He lives in Ventura with his wife of 18 yrs. Bridget and has two children Ian (18) and Cole (11).
He enjoys woodworking, watching/ playing hockey, riding motorcycles hiking and camping.
